Review: Mr. [redacted] was our broker in purchasing a house in August 2015. Due to his employee and his incompetent work ethic, our house was not able to close escrow on the date the seller's bank requested. He kept on requesting for extensions, and at the time, Mr. [redacted] advised us that his firm will be responsible for paying for the extension fees. Each day extended, the bank charges $100. He dragged the process on for 19 days, so instead of closing In July, we did not close til August 12th. Each day he dragged on, we continue to pay for rent here because we had thought we could move into the house by late July. We had to rent hotels for the days for we had agreed to vacate property. (But that's not what this complaint is about) Anyways, as August 12th rolled around, we were able to close on the house. I had asked Mr. [redacted] regarding the extended fee what he intends to do with that, and he advised me that the paperwork has been drafted, and to avoid further extension fee, I should pay the amount thats listed on escrow out of pocket, and he will reimburse me the extension fee later. To avoid waiting another day or so, I believed him so I ended up paying for that fee at escrow. Two weeks later, I still haven't received the money from Mr. [redacted]. I emailed and texted him, and was promised that he remembers and to give him a few days and he will send it. I gave him plenty more than a few days. Weeks later, still no check, I emailed him but did not get any response. I kept on emailing and texting. Finally, he replied after a week or so of no response, with an excuse that he was sick and got colon cancer. That was October. I have emailed him with constant reminders, and each time, to his credit, I get a response with another promise, but never fulfilled. Mr. [redacted] owes me total amount of $1900 and I have all email and texts saved with his response and promises. I read that he got a VERY similar complaint regarding promised money on Revdex.com. Please help!Desired Settlement: I would like Mr. [redacted] to fulfill his promise and return to me the money owed. Also, for Revdex.com to help me with letting others know of his deception, for I am aware that this is not the first time he has owed his client money and keeps on promising to repay but never do. I can't even imagine how many other clients he has done this to but doesn't know where to go for help. Attorneys takes too long and their fees are usually risiculous.

Review: Re: [redacted] at Mission Equity Management Subject: Remain money you owe us.This problem should have been resolved long time ago.It has not because of [redacted] Dishonesty. I am a woman with health problems. I am over 65 year old.I came to Mission Equity Management from a referal and [redacted] promised to Refinance my home address at [redacted]. I wrote a check $750 to pay for "Refinance" and $1500 for which [redacted] asked to pay for lowering the rate, I realized I do not need to pay him anything bc bank will pay him. I still have checks copy and canceled checks. Refinance Service was not performed. Service was not delivered, not only the rate was higher than the competitor which I avoided, he did not give me the credit report I requested. He Paidback $600 and $200. He told us to drive to his office. Two old people(me and my spouse) have been driving back and forth but his secretary said he is not there. He still have not paid the restof money which is $700 and $750 ("Refinance" fee). I have been calling/emailing him all year since April of 2014, We texted him, I still have his records of email where we demand our money back. We are very furious, we dont have money for our medicine and food at times because of the medicine bills. My spouse suffer a bad case of diabetes and I have liver problem. We just want our money back. Mr. [redacted] did not live up to his promise and lack business ethic therefore his business should be investigated, I am concerned many old people are also his victims. Writing to Revdex.com, I hope I am preventing as many people as possible to fall into this Broken contract and lack of business ethic. I am making a demand I will not stop until [redacted] pay me all the money. I demand the $1450 ( One thousand four hundred fifty USD) back to My mailing address, my sons home 11152 Bowles Ave Garden Grove CA 92841 as myhome is under renovating.Desired Settlement: I WANT A REFUND $1450 ( ONE THOUSANT FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY USD) BACK ASAP TO OUR ADDRESS ON FILE: [redacted]
