There is something wrong with the way this financial institution processes their checksWhenever I write a check to someone from my Mission Fed account or write a check to myself to move money to my other bank, Mission Fed rejects the check and the other bank places holds on themeven though the money is there and the check clears the account, there is something on their operations side that is causing phony information to be sent to other financial institutions as to the collectability of the check I don't know, it is really weird but I have ever experienced such a bizarre problem with a bank before like thisI just think other consumers should be aware that the way in which Mission Fed processes their checks may not be the most efficient up to date 21st century processingI can't figure it outAlso, would be nice if they stopped spamming my mailbox and voicemail with credit card and loan offers

RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Mission Federal Credit Union did not offer any solution in the letter I receivedThe letter explained that their policy is to charge its 'members' outrageous fees that do not appear to be in compliance with the Federal Reserve policy or rule that explains regulation D I would like Mission Federal to supply me with their LEGAL business name for my court paperworkI would also like the address of the location Mission Fed would like the court paperwork to be served by the SD county Sheriff sometime during the week of April 7- [redacted] *** Regards, [redacted] ***

There is something wrong with the way this financial institution processes their checks.
