I am rejecting this response because:
The Wood Crest Collision Center was the repair facility that the car wash told me they use for repairs of their customer's vehicles and that they would take care of it for meI went there in good faithWhy should I be required to be inconvenienced further?
I did call the 2nd repair facility and speak with the manager, he had not been provided the facts/details of the problems with the door locks and window control malfunctionsWhen I explained this to him he agreed with the Wood Crest diagnosis and estimate
I know that the car wash was expecting that the door panel could be removed and that someone could blow air off or in some other way dry the electrical components within making everything work againIf that were the case, now some days after their car detailing service these components would have dried out on there own but that is not the case
Simply put, their service has damaged my vehicle, and I've tried to work with them for a solutionI went where they directed me to gothey did not like the quote from their preferred repair location and now they do not want to own up to their agreementDid they tell you I have a signed document stating they agree to fix my window?

This is my response to the letter that you sent me. I am sending a copy of a sign that we have where we specify that a client has to get two estimates before we pay for the repair and, as I told you, he refused to get the second estimate. Please take a look at the sign and see that that is our policy.

I want to let you know that I told the customer that I am willing to pay to fix the window, but I wanted to get a second opinion for the cost of the repair, and he refused to get it. This is because it was something simple and the cost was too high at the first place. I am sure he could get it...
