I am in receipt of your letter dated March 14, and I am disappointed that mycomplaint has been filed as resolved due to unresponsiveness of consumerInyour previous letter of March 3, I noted the message from the business about"reaching out" to me and I was awaiting that contact from the JAE Companybefore responding to your letterI did not receive a written response from thepresident of the JAE Countil March at which time I e-mailed him asrequested so that his general manager could arrange a service visitAs of thisdate, I have yet to receive a call from the service manager.From my viewpoint and past experience with this company, I would consider mycomplaint to be "resolution pending"In only out of previous service visitshas the JAE Company has successful in delivering the correct productI wouldconsider this complaint to be resolved when they have delivered and installed thekitchen cabinet door which I want to order.Sincerelv

We regret Mr. [redacted] experience with The JAE  Company.  It is not our intent to have a customer without a cabinet door in their kitchen for an extended period of time.  The most recent situation involved the consumer's desire to replace an existing cabinet door from 2012....

 According to his records we came out to measure for the cabinet door replacement in October of 2016 but failed to actually order the replacement part.  We want to make this right for the homeowner and am willing to replace the cabinet door at no charge.  We will reach out to him and ask permission to visit his home to remeasure and order the cabinet door and install at no charge.  In closing we respectfully regret his experience and desire to make it right given the opportunity. Thank you.

I have spoken to Mr. Chmielewski  (3/22) and am going to his house on Monday 3/27 to measure for a new cabinet door and order at no charge.
