Hello, Mission Hill Apartments received complaint # [redacted] on 8/28/via email to email address [redacted] Upon trying to respond to the complaint today 9/10/15, I saw that it had been closed out as unanswered on 9/04/ My apologies, I must have misunderstood the email and thought that I had days upon receipt to respondI would like to follow up with this complaint as we have complied with the complainant’s request refunding her the full security deposit paid in the amount of Two Hundred fifty dollars The remaining eighty of the Three Hundred thirty dollars paid was not refunded as our office had ran the credit and background check on two applicants at the cost of forty dollars each Our application criteria completed and signed by the complainant reads “our non-refundable application fee is $per adult and charged when application is submitted” We have complied with the complainants request in full by having her refund sent to our office to be picked up as requested and she has done so on 9/1/ Please let me know if there is anything further needed for resolution to this complaint Again, my apologies if I misunderstood the timeframe allowed for responseThank you in advance for your attention to this matterBest Regards, MJ C***Property ManagerMission Hill ApartmentsMenaul Blvd NEAlbuquerque NM 87112P [redacted] F (505)296-

Here is our response:Mr [redacted] ,It is unfortunate that you were not satisfied during your tenancy at Mission Hill ApartmentsOur records show that you terminated your contract early due to submitted work orders pending that were not completed in a timely mannerYou told management that the following issues were still pending in your home:Bathtub resurfacingHeat sensor not installed Flooring in bathroom was damaged due to a previous leakUpon move out, other issues were mentioned but they were never submitted to the office so we were not aware of themAgain, we are very sorry for the inconvenienceWe wish we had provided quicker service during your stayAs mentioned in a previous call, there was a final utility bill in the amount of $that we did not charge youAt this time, there is nothing further we can offer youWe do appreciate you reaching out to our office and making us aware of these concerns so we can look into improving our service standards at this locationSincerely, Mission Hill Management
