Review: I contracted for them to auction 5 antique items. I was to be paid by the end of August. They have not paid me nor can they find one of my items( I believe they stole it) They don't return phone calls. The owner is never there. They claim on the contract to be licensed and bonded but there are no numbers to show with who they are licensedDesired Settlement: I want my money and my missing item return. There crooks!

Review: I delivery from vista,ca a big lot of goodies to be auctioned company say wellbe sale within 2-3 auctions I delivery the stuff on 7/09/2015 as today 8/19/2015 is 7 auctioned weeks and the guy don't send a check or call me I call several times , is always on vacation,or not in the place ,finally I speak whit hiem today afte be my self so rude over the phone I have to admit,than, hi call me minutes later after lady on the phone say hi wasn't in, very exited and rude saying if I show up by the shop he will be waiting for mi and a couple guys to gif me a lesson, I don't really care about hi say. All I want in my money for the stuff I brought to hiem, he is making money with my goodies & on top of this don't pay me the money he owe me for sale my personal belongings ,you must see what people say on Yelp or other web sites I must be see the reviews before take over this company.Help pleaseDesired Settlement: Pay me for my personal belongings. I am sure he sold most by now and is playing whit my money

Review: In July I consigned 35 items with Mussion Hills Auctioners. I was told I would be paid in approximately 6 week. After many phone calls, emails and lies, they finally gave me a small check and a list of items that had been sold. It only accounted for about 1/2 of the items. Some of these items were very old family antiques. Since them they have repeatedly told me they would take care of it and that they sent a second check. I have not received any accounting or money. I feel that they are either very dishonest and have stolen from me. If not, they are at the very least incompetent. I have not been able to speak to the owner directly. I would appreciate help resolving this.Desired Settlement: I want them to pay me and account for all my belongings.
