I am rejecting this response because: My husband never said it all looked good because it was me who was at the house, I think your repair man is confusing the jobs he did He told me he would be back to finish the work and never did Hennens should have followed up because it was Hennens who did the damage not the repair man I plan on never doing business again with Hennens and letting everyone I know advising them to not go there for furniture given the poor customer serviceI left messages and feel that they are just saying they did get the messages when someone probably forgot to call me back An customer service act of an apology and a quicker follow up even to my Revdex.com would have been good I was contact by Hennens yesterday saying the would come back out and fix it The repair man scheduled to come out Saturday morning to fix the door I still feel that they should have done more to be more customer service to someone who came in there store and bought $dollars in merchandise in cash I am the type of customer that you should strive to keep but you have now lost I look forward to my house getting the final repairs, but poor customer service and follow up

Regarding this issue, as of Friday March 3rd this issue has been resolved Last week we contacted a professional cleaning company in Mrs *** town of Nisswa MN and had them come out to her house and clean the spot on her chair According to the cleaning company they removed the spot
Chap one of our managers called and left a message with Mrs *** to call us if everything was ok We have not heard back from her at this time

I am sorry that there was a miscommunication between Mr*** and our sales person Carol If Mr*** feels that we were purposely deceptive to get a sale that is not how we do business To resolve this issue if Mr*** still wants the end table we would deliver the table free of charge the next time we were in his area.Mr *** would need to contact Carol to to place the order and since he had his credit card company remove the charges Mr *** would need to give us the card information so we could process the order.*** Hennen

about the missed phone calls but he does not remember receiving them. Regarding our free delivery promotion.  We did offer Mr [redacted] free delivery on his purchase (min purchase of $799)  but it is a one time delivery.  Mr [redacted] lives about 75 miles from St. Cloud.  He wanted the most of the his purchase delivered sooner than waiting for the end...

Carol could of had done better job of communication with Mr [redacted] regarding the delivery promotion.In regards to Mr [redacted]'s comment on waiting 2- weeks for a refund on his credit card.  When he decided to cancel the end table order our salesperson Carol offer to credit his credit card at that time but he did not have his credit card information with him and Carol told him to call her at his convenience with the information. He called back on Friday and talked to one of our managers about the end table and did not give him the credit card information and then Mr [redacted] talk to our office manager and did not offer the credit card information and we even offered to send him a check that we could send out to him by Monday but he said no and was going to dispute the entire purchase with his credit card company.As of today we are waiting for Mr [redacted] to let us know if he wants to give us the credit card information to credit his card, or send him a check.

I am sorry that [redacted] feels we are avoiding him.  He placed his order on 2/27/2016 and then we checked on his order on April 22 and informed himthat the factory was scheduling mid May shipping.  Special orders generally take 8-10 weeks to get and this was about normal timing but to make a...

positivegesture to [redacted] we gave him a $69.95 credit for the delivery fee.   He also called today 5/17/2016 checking on the order and we did call him back to let him know that the factory had shipped his order on May 12th and it comes from California and it still could be 10 days to reach us.  We have a call into the trucking companyto find out more information on when we can expect in our store and when we can deliver the order to [redacted].
