My back has never hurt so bad in my life (I can sleep on a floor and it dosent hurt like it does in their mattressCalled warrently dept and they denied my claim x and told me to put a mattess topper on top of my dollar mattress I just purshesedAfter I procced the claim again they accepted my warrently but that dept is a joke and littery will not help me get into a mattress that I would feel better inAsking for additional dollars on top of the I just gave them SCAM all the wayBUYER BEWARE!!!!! C.S is very rude and appernatly has no superviors or managers to speak with, have to put another complaint to have someone call you but waitng weeks and still NO CALL!
Mold is growing on the bottom of my mattress Company claims it's not their product causing the issue No other mattress I've owned or have other than tempur has ever grown moldCustomer service sucks, takes weeks for a response and you have to jump through hoops just to get one Health issue that needs to be addressed
