Hello,
I’m writing regarding complaint # ***I guess we can consider the claim closed, as Mission Motors is doing nothing to help me with filing a claim for my Gap InsuranceI’m still making monthly payments on a car that was totaled in February and I’m dealing with the Safe-Gap people on my ownMission Motors charged me $ for the policy and did nothing to help me make a claimI later found out that Mission Motors failed to inform me that Sound Credit Union, (the lender MM used to finance the sale) offered Gap Insurance for only $and in the event of a claim, Sound Credit Union would have done all of the work that Mission Motors should be doing
Another thing that upon reflection, makes me mad with Mission Motors is the fact that back in March they tried to get me to cancel the Gap Policy before any paperwork was filedThis would have left me holding the bag for the whole amount of the loanOn March 25th I went to their Arlington office to sign papers to cancel the extended warranty in order to get a refund from National Warranty CorpThe form they gave me to sign was a Cancelation Notice on Mission Motors letterhead, directing Safe-Gap to cancel my Gap insuranceI crossed out the words “Gap Insurance”, wrote in “Warranty” initialed it and signed the formI asked them for a copy of the completed formI still have it and would be glad to show it to youI think this was an underhanded way to get me to cancel the insurance policy before the claim was filed
At this point I don’t know if the Revdex.com considers this closed, but I sure don’tMy wife and I thank you for your helpIf there’s anything more you need from me, just let me know

Don't have my contact info??? We bought a car from them in November, they have our contact info. That and the fact that I've left  a couple dozen messages for  Jason, Greg & Michelle. No one has ever called me back! Now they're passing it on to someone named Kari from the Stanwood store. The paperwork they mentioned we signed back in March. I'm still making monthly payments for a car that was totaled 2 months ago because nobody at Mission Motors has lifted a finger to help us with Gap Insurance or our refund from the extended warranty. The Insurance company and the warranty people both told me that I have to get the dealer to handle it. This whole thing has been a real nightmare.

Sounds like we, Mission Motors dropped the ball with this customer.  There will be no problem refunding the customers warranty money once we get proper paperwork, etc.  Our finance director will be able to finalize this matter in short order.  We would like to contact this customer....

 Please provide Greg and I with the customers contact information.
