Don't have my contact info??? We bought a car from them in November, they have our contact infoThat and the fact that I've left a couple dozen messages for Jason, Greg & MichelleNo one has ever called me back! Now they're passing it on to someone named Kari from the Stanwood storeThe paperwork they mentioned we signed back in MarchI'm still making monthly payments for a car that was totaled months ago because nobody at Mission Motors has lifted a finger to help us with Gap Insurance or our refund from the extended warrantyThe Insurance company and the warranty people both told me that I have to get the dealer to handle itThis whole thing has been a real nightmare

Firstly I would like to give you my apologies for the frustrations you are experiencing, and I hope that we are able to find a solution that is agreeable for you.  Our Permanent Value Plan (trade up policy) states "The center diamond of any diamond ring...

purchased from Day's may be traded at any time for full purchase price towards another diamonds of at least 50% higher price".  That being said, in September we made an exception to this policy and took back your 5 stone band toward the purchase of your new diamond engagement ring- we were able to take that particular band back because of the size of each diamond in the band- it contained 5 diamonds, each of which weighed .20ct making up a total wieght of 1.00ct.  Per our Permanent Value Plan you are more than welcome to trade in the diamond that you purchased in September toward a new item of your liking with a value 50% higher.  As far as an exchange on the bands I would be more than happy to discuss the possibility of a trade in on those items after further inspection of the pieces.  I encourage you to come see me in the store with all items that you are looking to trade in and I'm sure we can come to a solution we are both happy with.  You're welcome to call the store to set up an appointment to meet with me if that works best for you.  I look forward to working with you here in the store.
