Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:First: Mission real estate in their answer is keeping going to use the term "full" refundThe full refund should be that is what I paid for 6-month service, and is only a partial refundSecond: I rented the place after days, in the current market discounting only of 6% of the original asking price, so my price was not too high but in line with expectation (6% discount is just !)Mission Real estate did not give any advices on the asking price to set, that is all up to the customerThe fact that I rented after days’ proof that the price was rightIf the MLS system through CSS was setup in the right way, I could had rented at the full original asking price, maybe having multiple offersThe rent came because of Craigslist, Zillow and the sign "For Rent" in front of my place, all free servicesIn the period the place was out for rent with the MLS (service provided by Mission real estate), I received two complains: one from a potential applicant that contacted me through Craigslist: she sent the message through Zillow to take a look at the place, but this message was never forwarded to meAnother complain was from an Agent that tried many times to setup the appointment through the Centralize Showing Service (CSS), but the CSS was set in a way that they could only provide the number of Mission real estate, they could not setup appointmentPlease note that I paid extra for the CSS service through Mission Real EstateOn the other side the agent tried to Call Mission Real Estate, but they answer her call only after the agent tried for some time to contact themThe agent told me that she was almost going to give up, and only tried again because her customer wanted to see my placeI can image that if that was not the case, an agent that has a list of few places to propose to her/his client will end up to just scratch it from her/his list if one of these places is not responding to a request for showing, and this is what I think was happeningIn fact, I did not get any showing through CSS, but only from Craigslist, Zillow and the sign “For Rent” in front of my place, that is ridiculous: I could have had the same without paying 250$ to Mission Real EstateTo confirm this, I used the Mission Real Estate service in the past, and they never answer to my phone calls but they only replied to emails, so the setting through CSS was meaninglessI contacted Mission Real Estate while the advertisement was on the MLS-CSS, explaining that I was not getting any appointments through CSS (but I was getting contacts through Craigslist and the sign “For Sale”, all free service) asking if they could directly setup the system with my email address and phone number because I suspected that something was wrong, but their answer (I have the email) was that they could not setup with my phone numberOn top of this they were totally unprofessional the day I explained about the agent that tried to contact them many times: they scream on me, saying I did not understand anything and they shut down the service I paid forBefore contacting them, I also call CSS: CSS explained me that their system was up and working, but the service was setup in a way they could not set appointments but only give Mission Real Estate contactI used Mission Real estate two times in the past for two reasons: because in their website (NationalFlatfeemls.com) they claimed to be Revdex.com accredited (but apparently, Revdex.com did not confirm this), because of their low rate, but if the rate does not reflect the service they offer (like CSS setup) I do not see the point to use them anymore Regards, [redacted]

Mr *** De ***, received a full $refund for the listing serviceafter using and receiving the service for over 20days, Mr. *** ** *** , is ultimately upset that his home has not rented or sold and not getting phone calls Based on the market he
was grossly over price as, I told him several times over and over again as well asJust because you place a house on the market, does not mean it will rent or sale We have no control over the desirability of someone's housethe market is what the market is, and that will dictate when a property will rent or sellHis house was active and available with his contact info the entire time he used the service and available to be seen by the general publicI ultimately terminated his service and issued him a full refund before this complaint was filed on the 26th of AprilAs I could no longer service his account and unreasonable request and complaintsAlso Mr *** fails to mention, he has used the service twice before and had successful closings Mr. *** claim that we owe him lost rent because the house did not rent in 20days is also absurd and unwarrantedIn closing Mr *** received a full refund for the listing and he is free to rent or sell his property anyone and use any broker to do so *** *** -Broker

Although I disagree with consumers version of the story and facts, the full refund of $was sent as well as $CSS showing sevice$was given to consumer proof sent to

I am rejecting this response because:First: Mission real estate in their answer
is keeping going to use the term "full" refund. The full refund
should be 250 that is what I paid for 6-month service, and 200 is only a
partial refund. Second: I rented the place after 20 days, in the current market
discounting only of 6% of the original asking price, so my price was not too
high but in line with expectation (6% discount is just normal !). Mission Real estate did not give any advices
on the asking price to set, that is all up to the customer. The fact that I
rented after 15 days’ proof that the price was right. If the MLS system through
CSS was setup in the right way, I could had rented at the full original asking
price, maybe having multiple offers. The rent came because of Craigslist,
Zillow and the sign "For Rent" in front of my place, all free
services. In the period the place was out for rent with the MLS (service
provided by Mission real estate), I received two complains: one from a
potential applicant that contacted me through Craigslist: she sent the message
through Zillow to take a look at the place, but this message was never
forwarded to me. Another complain was from an Agent that tried many times to
setup the appointment through the Centralize Showing Service (CSS), but the CSS
was set in a way that they could only provide the number of Mission real
estate, they could not setup appointment. Please note that I paid extra for the
CSS service through Mission Real Estate. On the other side the agent tried to
Call Mission Real Estate, but they answer her call only after the agent tried
for some time to contact them. The agent told me that she was almost going to
give up, and only tried again because her customer wanted to see my place. I
can image that if that was not the case, an agent that has a list of few places
to propose to her/his client will end up to just scratch it from her/his list
if one of these places is not responding to a request for showing, and this is
what I think was happening. In fact, I did not get any showing through CSS, but
only from Craigslist, Zillow and the sign “For Rent” in front of my place, that
is ridiculous: I could have had the same without paying 250$ to Mission Real
Estate. To confirm this, I
used the Mission Real Estate service in the past, and they never answer to my
phone calls but they only replied to emails, so the setting through CSS was
meaningless. I contacted Mission Real Estate while the advertisement was on the
MLS-CSS, explaining that I was not getting any appointments through CSS (but I
was getting contacts through Craigslist and the sign “For Sale”, all free
service) asking if they could directly setup the system with my email address
and phone number because I suspected that something was wrong, but their answer
(I have the email) was that they could not setup with my phone number. On top
of this they were totally unprofessional the day I explained about the agent
that tried to contact them many times: they scream on me, saying I did not
understand anything and they shut down the service I paid for. Before
contacting them, I also call CSS: CSS explained me that their system was up and
working, but the service was setup in a way they could not set appointments but
only give Mission Real Estate contact. I used Mission Real estate two times in
the past for two reasons: 1 because in their website (NationalFlatfeemls.com)
they claimed to be Revdex.com accredited (but apparently, Revdex.com did not confirm this), 2
because of their low rate, but if the rate does not reflect the service they
offer (like CSS setup) I do not see the point to use them anymore.
