I left my phone on the table and went to the bathroomI was with a group of five friendsWhen I cam back after she had cleared our food, my phone was gone
After searching the restaurant for over an hour and not leaving I was able to use the find my iphone feature on another friends mobile device
The phone was in the bar, and appeared to be in the back of the restaurant or kitchen area
After showing this to the manager, he still said they had no phoneI informed I wanted to look in the kitchen, and he would not let meI then informed him I knew the phone was in the restaurant, and if I could not properly look for it, I would be calling the police
About three minutes after informing the manager of my plans, the phone re appeared on a table that I had look at and under at least times in the previous hour
They tried to steal my phone, and then lied to me about it until I threatened legal action
