a resident moves out they leave the keys with a forwarding address. I do not have a forwarding address for [redacted] and I have never refused anyone a walk thru since I have been with Pinnacle Management Services and I don't think I ever will. The original $334.63 that was owed has been with the collection agency since March of 2015. It has not affected his credit as of today since it was just a new account with them. If he does not pay it or wishes to do a dispute he is more than welcome to. If you need documentation of his list of charges I would be more than welcome to send them to you. As for an apology I would say we are sorry for the inconvience of his account going to a collection agency however at this time no innterest that was placed on this account by the collection agency will be reimbursed to him.
