We have agreed to replaced the customers iPad mini and we have told him this. The customer has called us today we notified the customer that we are waiting for an ETA from our vendor and we will call him with that ETA as soon as we know.Thank you,Mission Repair

We are truly very sorry about what happened here, this is not how Mission Repair operates I personally have called and left a voicemail in an attempt and remedy this situation. We have issued a full refund per the customers request, in addition to this I would like to offer to repair the device free...

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. My concern is that the business made this offer to me on Sunday and apparently still has not ordered the new device.  This company has consistently failed to follow through with anything in a timely manner. I will accept this for now but I am also extremely skeptical that this replacement device will work as nothing else this company has done has worked.

We replaced [redacted] iPad in September 2015, we havent herd anything since then. If she is having trouble with her iPad she can send it back to us using our warranty page, as long as the iPad hasn't been damaged we will be happy to see what is going on. As we we purchased a refurbished iPad not a...

new iPad per the conversation on 09/18/15 due to the fact that the unit that was sent in wasn't new when received, it was received as a damaged unit showing no signs of life.Thank you,Mission Repair
