Review: Purchases a resume writing service. Cost was discounted 20%, total cost $206.95. Since no action has been taken by MissionSoft Inc to deliver a product. I communicated with Bradley Rothermel at[redacted] to provide a status on a complete product. However, there has been no reply since yesterday. I would like for MissionSoft Inc. to refund the full amount.Desired Settlement: Please refund full amount of $206.95.

Review: On 27 June 2014, I paid for the service of having a Federal Government Style Resume done. The site states that "We will blend your experience, skills and education so as to accent the intended competencies of your selected position and to create a compelling narrative for you". I paid $269.95 for the Mid-Level Resume Service. As of today 25 Aug 2014, I have not received anything from this company. After not hearing anything for a two weeks, I emailed the company to inquire about the status of my resume. On 22 July I received a phone call from a lady who said she was assigned to do my resume. This women was named [redacted]. She said she would have by resume draft to me within a few days. She said she had to go on vacation but when she returned she will provide me with a draft. I sent emails on 5 Aug to [redacted] She responded on that same day, stating that she could not work on my resume during her vacation because of connectivity problems, however she stated she would have the resume to me by the beginning of the following week (12 Aug). The following week arrived with nothing from Ms. [redacted], I emailed again on 11 Aug and Ms. [redacted] replied that she would have a draft to me by the next day (12 Aug). 12 August arrived and again, nothing. On 15 August, I called and emailed the company at the phone # and email address listed and received no reply. On 19 August, I again emailed Ms [redacted] to inquire about the status of my resume. She responded on 19 August promising to have my resume to me by the 20th of August. She claimed in her email that she had been sick for a few days. 20 August arrived and I did not receive my resume from Ms. [redacted], however I did receive this email from her:

Dear [redacted],

I just wanted to keep you posted. I have a serious case of vertigo causes by a virus and have been unable to finish your draft today. I do expect to feel a lot better tomorrow and yours is my top priority. I would really like to complete this project for you, and you have been tremendously patient - with my vacation in the middle of your project time etc etc. Will that work for you?

I did not receive a resume draft or any correspondence from [redacted] I emailed her again on 21 Aug and 22 Aug, inquiring about my resume. I again emailed Ms. [redacted] on 25 Aug informing her of my total dissatisfaction with their service and that I would be seeking relief through legal channels. It has now been 2 months since I paid for my resume service and I haven't received anything from this company. This company needs to be investigated and shut down before anyone else pays for their service.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of the fee that I paid for their resume writing service. A full refund in the amount of $269.95. I would also like an apology for their terrible service. This company knows that many military veterans would like to get Federal Government jobs and they are taking advantage of that. Many military veterans are aware of this company, however I don't know if they are aware of their corrupt practices.
