Review: I purchased two copies of MicroSoft Windows 7 Professional operating system via their website. While the software installed normally onto my computers I began receiving error messages approximately two weeks later stating that MicroSoft had determined that my operating system software was counterfeit. The operating system then ceased updating, removed the wallpaper image from my computer, and stated that I must purchase a valid licensee to continue using my computer. I attempted to contact Mission Softs via telephone (four messages left on the customers service and sales lines - no one ever answered the phone) and email over the course of several weeks, but received no response. I have been unable to get anyone at Mission Softs to answer either the telephone or email.Desired Settlement: I would like for the software I purchased to function normally. Failing that, a full refund would be expected. At the absolute least, I expect the company to either answer the phone or return messages.

Review: This business agreed to exchange a software program for a different version as the one I received was not working right. I mailed the software back to them and they then informed me they no longer had the item I wanted. Their email states my order is "REFUNDED" as of 12/3/13. To date I have not received payment. They have ignored my emails, don't answer the phone and if by chance they do, I'm disconnected. I have the USPS receipt and the emails to support my complaint.This transaction is past the time limit for assistance from Paypal or my credit card service, I have tried them both.Desired Settlement: Direct payment to me is preferred or at the least refund via Paypal. Amount is $59.00 USD.

Review: I purchased a copy of Windows 7 Professional, 64 Bit edition.I received a copy of Windows 7 Professional, 32 Bit edition.I reported the discrepancy to the company, Missionsofts via e-mail.They replied that would send out the correct version; From: MISSION SOFTS Sent: Thursday, October 24, 2013 5:13 PM To: [redacted] Subject: Re: Order #[redacted] We will send it out todayDesired Settlement: I would like my money back.

I also haven't received the correct item that I ordered, which the company also claimed they sent out over a month ago.

Review: I purchased a copy of Windows 7 Professional 64bit from this company. I have had to recently redo my computer and I reinstalled windows. The product key that they provided does not work it gives an error saying that its invalid and can not be used.Desired Settlement: I would like to have a working copy of windows 7 a legal copy one that I will not have to worry about if I reinstall windows later

Review: I ordered a Windows 7 software disk which was delivered my US mail. Neither I nor my hired technicians could install the software. I returned it for a refund. I was told that my refund had been approved. No refund has been received.Desired Settlement: Acknowledgement of refund approval. Send refund.
