I have had nothing but issues with this complexThe week before we moved in they tell us the previous tenants have not vacated yet so I could wait two weeks for them to clean it or we can pick another apt, so they gave us the model homeThe model home was disgustingAs I was getting my keys you could see management going back and forth through that apartment taking out decorationstackyPlus, it was not cleanYet I paid for it to get cleanedhahaThere were stains on the carpet, cracked tile, water spots on the ceilings, bad paint jobs, easy bake oven as a microwave, scratched mirrors and light bulbs that didn't workI decided to embrace it and not complain because it was my first apartment and I assumed I was over reactingWrongAfter that we had issue with the air conditioning since July I have called the complex at least times asking them to fix it, their response? "we will get someone out there tomorrow"Tomorrow comes & they dont let me know what is happening, so I call and they say "someone will be there first thing in the morning"RIGHTI dealt with this for a year straight in the summer months tooMy boyfriend handled most of these issues and they should be happy I wasn't the one to because I would have acted crazy by thenWe then have the creepy neighbor that smokes outside and stares inside my apartment (IM ON THE SECOND FLOOR!!!) and when Im outside he will stare at meHe has never said a word to me and I have tried to be friendly and he flat out ignores meWhatever, can't blame the apartment on that but just to give you a feel of who lives hereThe deeper you walk into the complex, the worse it getsI live in the very front and going to check my mail is so disgusting, the people and cleanliness is just horribleThe front office staff is anything but caringThe only person that has been nice/professional has been AracelyElenaforget it!!!! She is rude, doesn't deliver messages, and really does not seem like she knows what she's doingBecause I work in customer service for years now, I know how you should treat a customer even if you dont care what they wantI find it really hard wanting to give my money to a business that could care less about who I am or what I want from themEvery time I walked into the office for any reason they were not warm or welcoming, they all seem like they have sticks up their assesgive me a break you work in a ghetto leasing office in GuadalupeYou have no reason to act that wayAfter dealing with the air conditioning still being an issue, I finally went in there and demanded compensation and to break my lease, and for once they actually helped me outThank god I am leaving this place, I moved in despite the bad reviews I saw because I loved the model homeGuess what, there are cheaper nicer apartments in the same areaPlease avoid this place if you want any kind of sanity in your life :)

This place is infested with roaches ( house roaches and sewer roaches), before I moved in here I asked the management did they have any bugs or rodents and they said NO...well days of being here I saw roaches!! I was scared straight...not that I never saw a roach before but I have not ever had one in my home as an adult and I asked this question specifically...nothng never works in this apartment..its degrees outside and in my room..nobody can seem to tell me why the air does not work except its normally warmer in one of the bedrooms...ummm warm is different than hot...I swear I woke up and the devil was sitting on the bed next to me...I pay to much money to be hot and live with roaches...also the pools are always nasty like no one ever cleans it and there is a family of bee's swarming around which makes it unsafe for kids to enjoy they self...and these cheap *** carpet is a whole nother story honey!! poor management poor resource center just a bad decision!!!

Review: Mission springs apartments advertises amenities that are not constantly available. I feel like if a business is going to advertise 3 pools and two hot tubs, then they need to make those available. Last summer I had to constantly ride them about fixing/maintaining functioning pools. My chief complaint however, is that from day one, the AC in my unit would rattle the entire unit, enough to interfere with my sleep. And when I brought this to managements attention, they wrote it off (literally) as "that's just the way it is here". I can provide a copy of the "service ticket" to prove this if need be.

I was also left without water on several occasions without any notice for hours on end. Check the yelp reviews and you'll see many similar complaints.

I mentioned that there is a family of cats living IN the roof, this is a major health concern, nothing was done.

I did not get the product or service I agreed to pay for and my requests to amend this went unanswered. By my account that's not an honest business practice and I think looking into this you will find a whole lot more wrong then just that.Desired Settlement: At this point they are trying to bill me an additional $772.74 for misc. fees. I would agree to the prorated rent amount and to the carpet cleaning and replacement blinds, totaling $258.23 The other $500 is part of a scam they seem to hit just about everyone with.

My daughter's car was towed on Saturday night - while she was in her apartment sleeping. When she called the police, yesterday, because she thought the car had been stolen, the police informed her that the car had been towed. She was legally parked in a parking spot at this complex that she pays rent to. She was told by the property management staff that her vehicle was towed because she was backed into a parking spot rather than pulling forward into the parking spot. The property management staff claim they put posters on/near the gate at the front entrance to inform tenants. 'Supposedly' this should've alerted all tenants of their 'new rule'.I lived in apartments for the better part of 30 years. Any time property management companies instituted a new 'rule', they informed ALL tenants with a notice placed on their apartment door or in their mailbox. This was not done in this case and my daughter had to borrow $170 from family members in order to pick up her car. When they picked up the vehicle, they noticed the steering is now very loose and there is a speed wobble (noticeable on highway driving at 60 mph). The tow company claims they sent 5 notices to tenants to inform them of this rule though my daughter and her fianc ee never received a notice and the person at the tow company never produced a letter just a picture of my daughter's vehicle backed into her parking spot. My daughter and her fianc e asked 3 other tenants if they received such a notice, and they said 'no'. Today when they left to pick up vehicle at the tow company, there were several vehicles backed into parking spots, yet they are in no danger of their vehicles being towed.

This place is a joke -- how do you justify this kind of action with your tenants when you've give them no notice.

This place has horrible management. I've lived here for a little and they switched my original apartment TWO days before I was actually supposed to move in, that means calling the Internet, cable, and furniture companies to switch it. Then the model looks nothing like what you get and things kept breaKing, the air conditioning sucks, maintenance are unprofessional and give you an attitude, and the MANAGEMENT IS DISGUSTING. They don't respond to you, but yet sit in their "office" all day chatting up a storm, they are rude and the front office people have 0 knowledge. You ask them for a package and they say they don't have it when you just got a delivery slip on your door. So you have to antagonize them to get your package that was "hiding". I have reccommended people here by accident and I will never again. I can't wait until my lease is up because this is the worse place to live. They should probably read these reviews and want to change themselves instead of sitting on their as all day "working".
