Review: In 2012 you prepared our 2011 tax return. We paid to have our Ca and Fed tax reutrn transmitted electronically. On Jul 15 2013 we received a notice from Ca that they hadn't received our 2011 tax return. I called the office on 3rd Ave and was told to email the form from the state of Ca that's requesting our tax return. I did so on Jul 15. On Jul 17 I called to check the status and was told I'd get a call back on Jul 18. I didn't receive a call back. On Jul 19 I called and left a message for Armando [redacted] to please give me a call. I didn't receive a call back. On Jul 22 I emailed the same info to [redacted] requesting assistance and haven't been contacted. Since we got tired of waiting we had to take the Ca tax reutrn to Postal Annex and pay 29.95 to have it sent.

We also had a problem with our Fed return for 2011 where the IRS hadn't received some 1099-R forms that were part of our tax package. We faxed and mailed that info to the IRS for a total cost of 15.12.

We're out over 45.00 for mailing and faxing information that should've been done with the electronic transmission fee that we paid when we had our taxes prepared.

We're unsatisfied with the lack of customer support we've received after the fact. We feel we're entitled to part of our preparation fee of 210.00 back since the service was incomplete.Desired Settlement: A partial refund of our preparation fee since the service provided was incomplete.
