Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: THIS WAS NOT THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WITH THIS COMPANY.I DID NOT WANT ANYTHING ELSE TO DO WITH HIM.WHEN I SPOKE TO HIM HE SAID THAT HE WAS TOLD BY THE MAN THAT WAS "SUPPOSEDLY" HELPING ME TO NOT BOTHER TO JUST DO WHAT HE WANTED TO DO AND I WAS NOT AWARE OF THIS CONVERSATION.I PAID THIS COMPANY 25,DOLLARS AND MUCH OF WHAT WAS PROMISED IN THE CONTRACT WAS NOT DONE.THEREFORE I DID NOT WANT HIM BACK IN MY HOUSE.I HAVE HAD TO HAVE MANY OTHER THINGS RE-DONE OTHER THAN THE FLOOR In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

On Wednesday, 7/**/2016 @7:59 a.m. (as per phone time stamp/caller ID) Miss [redacted] left a voice mail message on our office stating: [redacted] [redacted] On Thursday, 7/**/2016 I returned home from a...

family vacation and received that voice message for the first time, along with a letter from Revdex.com dated Monday, 7/**/2016 notifying me of this complaint. On Saturday, 7/**/2016 I called Miss [redacted] at approximately 12:30 pm to discuss any concerns she had. She advised me that she had some concerns with her floor, at that time I offered to come over the very next day (Sunday Morning) to see what, if anything needed attention. She told me that she already had/has (?) someone there working on it. I expressed to her that I would like to come over and take a look at it to see what the problem is. She responded, “You only want to come over to fix it so I change my complaint with Revdex.com and I’m not going to” …then she hung up on me.I immediately called Revdex.com and left a voice message with Betty Briggs- Dispute Resolution, Senior Associate whom I received the complaint from. I explained to her what just transpired with Miss [redacted] and asked for her guidance. She was kind enough to return my call after the weekend.Miss [redacted] had my business card as well as a signed contract that included (1) my Office Phone number, (2) email address, (3) home address (for U.S. mail) as well as my (4) cell phone number I hand wrote on the back of the card for her. In spite of having 4 methods to contact me, Miss [redacted] utilized only 1 method and left only one message before filing a complaint. Her only call to me was on Wednesday and she filled with Revdex.com the following Monday. Miss [redacted] filled a complaint with the Revdex.com less than 4 business days after she left her first and only message on my answering machine. When I responded that Saturday, shortly after I was made aware of her concern, I was met with a curt response, told it was fixed and then hung up on me.Within a 10 day span (less than 8 business days) she called and left me a message; filed complaint with Revdex.com; hired a contractor; scheduled that contractor and had repairs started/completed.I have no way of commenting on the validity of her complaint as well as any concerns she had simply because she did not afford me ANY access or any additional information that would have helped mitigate her concerns.Robert L[redacted]
