Review: On the week of April 12th 2013 I took my car to Mission valley auto for a oil change. on 5/13/2012 my car wasnt running good so I took it to my brother in law who was an employee at missoin valley auto and he found that it was 4 1/2 quarts low on oil.. so he took my cart to his work and found that when mission valley auto did my oil change last they did not put in the o ring for the oil filter which made my car slowly leak oil. as a result my can needs a new engine. mission valley auto refused to fix the problem, tried to hide that they were the cause of my car messing up. they will not talk to me about what they found wrong with my car.Desired Settlement: I want mission valley auto to pay for the damages caused to my engine as a result of there mechanic not properly preforming my oil change.. in order for my car to be running the way it was before they messed up it will require a new or used engine! I also do not want them to be the ones doing the work on my car!
