I had contacted [redacted] to come to my house in [redacted] BC to give me an estimate on some repairs to a ceiling The ceiling section had spots of mold growth that I had already inspected and determined the cause (poor circulation in the attic and not enough insulation) He went over to do the inspection and reported back to my tenants that the roof was leaking and that they should " not use this room as it will cause medical issues" [redacted] did not even go into the attic nor check to determine the severity of the mold (which was easliy cleaned off with a cloth) It is important to be able to trust proffessionals that we bring into our homes [redacted] He also prepared a letter for my tenants with his [redacted] claims without even providing me a copy of this letter
