Don't use this company unless you want the run around. Very unprofessional! First the appointment was for 11 when they didn't show, I called them. The lady said they don't schedual appointments at that time and changed it to 2. Then the general manager, Tony [redacted] sent an installer named Jimmy instead of himself coming so he could do some concrete instead of doing his job to give an estimate. Once Jimmy got here he called Tony and told him the window sizes and Tony told Jimmy a price and I told him I would except the price. Then I asked him how long and how does this work. His exact words was "we will come in 3 to 5 days with a contract, once you sign we will install them". I said ok . This was on the 8th of November. Never heard anything so on the 15 of November called them and got no call back. The next day on the 16th my husband got a call from Tony and he said " we don't have a contract so there is no job and if you want to schedule one you will need to sign a contract and it will be 2 weeks from now". So my husband call me I called Tony since I was the one who Jimmy talked to and he basically told me the same thing he told my husband. So I asked why didn't Jimmy have a contract with him for me to sign or tell me that instead of what he told me. Never got an answer to this question, he just kept repeating that there was no contract. I don't understand where and when was I supposed to get this contract. I can understand completely that there company may need a contract tor do their job but at least send one with the person that you send or train them to tell the potential client the correct information on how to get the contract so the job can be started in the time frame is was quoted. I figure Tony as general manager would try to fix the problem but instead he was rude and talked over me so he could repeat himself saying he had no contract yet which we both know he didn't since he never sent one with Jimmy or tried to contact me to get one.
