Mississippi Department of Human Services

Myself and my child's father have been trying to get a copy of the child support documents that states the amount of the monthly expected amount. I have called the service line and they have put in the request by sending the case worker an email. [redacted], the father, has been to the office twice and was lied to the first time and the second time he was spoken to very rudely. I have never bother the department for anything, yet the one time I need a form, we are treated like trash. I am highly disappointed in the service that has been provided to us. I had so much respect for the department until the one time I needed a simple form. We should have never been treated like trash and belittled. Can someone please get me the correct documentation that list the monthly expected amount for the child support case?
I deeply sadden and hurt by the poor service.
