I had a negative experience with this company the owner Lisa was rude and disrespectfulThe serviceman Steve came to the property multiple times because he didn't have the right knowledge or equipment to make the repairs the first time I was charged for repairs that were not necessaryI paid for that then to find out I needed a pump I was never told how much the pump was I was never billed for pump and I was never asked to charge my credit card for authorization for the cost of the pump I saw the charge on my credit card for$ that was not authorized I disputed it and that's when the owner finally called me and was yelling and belligerent even though I told both her and her account receivable person that I don't have a problem paying the bill I just never received an invoice or was informed of how much the service and parts werecall contacting anyone at the company to find out what was going on

I've been a customer for years and have been happy with Brothers for the most part until this year I found my pool (purchased and installed by Brothers in 2002) starting to rust/rot near the bottomI called them and they said to email them some pics and they would contact the pool company regarding my year warranty although I was told over the phone that they would probably say it's wear and tearI did not agree that rust is wear and tear but sent the pics and this was the response from Brothers"Ok *** has gotten back to me regarding your pool
Please note, in 2009, *** *** was bought by *** *** ***which manufacture under the brand of *** Pool ProductsAll products, parts and design was bought and kept until recently just as if *** Company was still running as an independent pool manufacturerRecently, some major changes were made and now all *** pools bought by customers prior to have now an invalid warranty for resin and metal parts But, in the interest of good public relations and to help customers get their pool in shape, we have, until recently decided to provide a discount for their pool parts even though there’s no legal nor business obligation to do soWe are able to get a replacement wall for but it would cost more than you paid for the pool in (not 2006)

I emailed back letting them know I was not happy to hear that after years my year warranty was no longer valid and how much was this going to costThey never responded backI thought it would be good to post this letting people know what they did to meDecide for yourself if you would like to do business with themAfter being a loyal customer for years and spending thousands of dollars with them you think they could have at least offered another pool at a discount but they did not offer anything not even the cost for the new pool wall I will be getting a new pool from another companyShame on you Brothers Pool
