I plan on getting them taken care of. I intend on doing the work. I will work with them on options and take care of them. I had a major issue with the bank and I am trying to get it resolved. I am not ignoring this and will take care of them.

I'm making arrangements with the customer to refund their downpayment.  I had a mishap with the bank and I am still recovering from that.  I did make a good faith payment the week of May 23, 2016.  I will continue those payments until balance is paid or other arrangements are made. I...
