exposing the house to the atticReplacement of the kitchen ceiling was part of the initial insurance claim as it was water damaged when the roof blew off in the stormHad the ceiling been replaced at the same time as the roof replacement there would have been no odors of roofing material at any timeMississippi Valley Roofing was never asked to bid interior work and it was made clear to the homeowner that Mississippi Valley Roofing is not an interior contractorThere is nothing Mississippi Valley Roofing can do at this time to "resolve" the issueThe roof was installed properly and in accordance with manufactures specifications and there is no issue with Mississippi Valley Roofing and was confirmed by the insurance companySincerely, Mississippi Valley Roofing

MVR was not called out when the initial damage was discovered, it was already covered with roofing material when we came outWe had no way to determine how the damaged occurred so we called the company who did the repair that stated that it
appeared to be some kind of a puncture possible from a tree limb in the roofWe have since then requested pictures of the damage prior to the repair and received thumbnail photos that are so small it is impossible to see what caused the damageMVR takes it's reputation very seriously but our material and workmanship warranty does not include damages to the roof caused by outside influences, example severe storms, trees, animals, etcEven though the damage was caused through no fault of MVR, we are willing to refund amount of repairs that she paid another company to customer to try to extend the olive branch
