The Member continues to correspond on almost a daily basis with our Accounts Resolution Specialist We are working with him on his account and have thoroughly explained the consequences of his lapse of insurance coverage on his vehicle We have also explained how the refund will be applied and how it will affect his payments If the member has more questions regarding this we will continue to work with him directly We will no longer respond to any more complaints on this issue through the Revdex.com

offered to him because he wanted to think about itOn October 1,2015, he voluntarily came back to the credit union and asked to add the products to his loanThe credit union refinanced his loan and added the products he requestedHe was given copies of the documentsThe Debt protection products consisted of Death, Disability and Involuntary Unemployment which Iassume he was referring to in his written statement.His statement indicated that he moved from Montana to New York city for a much-needed changeThe email correspondence that began November 17, between him and our accounts resolution department would seem to indicate that he left his job voluntarily to move to New York, therefore he would not have qualified for the involuntary unemployment payment protection.As far as his desired settlement, he continues to correspond with us on a weekly basis.We sent him the account statements he requested on Jan13, so that he can review his account and the transactions leading up to his negative balanceHe does have the option to cancel the protection products and he was advised of thisHe has also received payment relief from Missoula Federal Credit Union

Sara I fully disagree.Is that why you maliciously started a new email thread to avoid our very recent agreement? I informed you around 12/of my situation after my move that I had no income whatsoever.You said just keep me updated with your job search and I did just that while you threatened to repossess my car every week.I then started working part time and sent what I could and you did not apply it to my car.You applied it to my checking account.Then you sent me the form to sign and agree to pay now your adding money and going against your word***

I am rejecting this response because:Sara, Is that why you maliciously started a whole new email thread yesterday requesting more money to avoid the 60 plus emails on our very recent skip payment $ 312.00 agreement? I fully informed you around 12/19 that I had no income whatsoever and was searching for work after I just moved to New York.You said please keep me updated with your job search and I did.I then recieved a job as a seasonal laborer with UPS and they didn't use me cause the holiday season was over.I then recieved part time work and sent what I could to pay my car payment and you took it upon yourself to apply it to my negative  500.00  checking account while sending harassing emails to repossess my car every week.Then you recently sent me an email offering the skip payment option agreement form which your now breaking the original agreement of $312.00 a month and maliciously adding new charges and going against your own agreement you had me sign and mail in.This is clearly very bad business Sara.
