Missoula Radiology did the radiology part fine. The billing department is terrible! I had an injury that was covered by workers compensation insurance. They billed me multiple times, I went over it with them multiple times, giving them all the insurance information they needed. That didn't work so I handed over to my adjuster. She dealt with them twice. I assumed it was handled until I was handed over to collections. The conclusion was my attorney handling it. Long story short I will do anything possible to avoid using their services. I strongly advise Missoula radiology to seek new billing services!

Billing department is incompetent and rude. Received nothing but snotty attitude when discussing my bill. Turned into collections on a bill I received no notification on for 5 months. Apparently the forwarding address you received was to hard to update in your records! Bill immediately paid once the collections agency contacted me at the right address. Looking at other reviews a clean sweep in the billing department would do wonders for your customer service. Thanks Missoula radiology billing department you are just swell to work with (sarcasm intended).

Review: I have asked on three separate occaisions for these people to send me a an itemized bill, they refuse. They also did not send me any kind of a bill for a year after service.Desired Settlement: For MRPC to send me an itemized bill and an explanation as to why I was not billed for over a year.

Review: My wife and I are HIV/AIDS patients. We are low income as I am the only income and my diease is full blown AIDS. Last year upon receiving a bill for services in November 2013. We called to discuss our options for a hardship discharge. The rep that answered the phone discussed our options including different programs that we may be involved with. These programs if we where involved with the would Quote match the discount from them #1 on the list [redacted] which covers 100 % of our HIV/AIDS CARE and #2 [redacted] which helps low income patients with medical care" end Quote. Both of these 2 my wife and I where on. In fact it was [redacted] who refereed my wife to [redacted] for the most recent bill. The first 2 bills where completely discharged. However the most recent bills where not when calling and asking why they said because [redacted] refused to pay them really no kidding but that was never the arrangement again we where told they would match these programs [redacted] which covers 100 % of our HIV/AIDS CARE and #2 [redacted] which helps low income patients with medical care. Not that they would demand payment from them since they do not do that. When they merged with some Billing company things changed and the billing company refused to honer Missoula Radiology policyDesired Settlement: I expect Missoula Radiology to honer there own policy as agread

Missoula Radiology received a telephone call from the individual on 6/12/2014. We attempted to explain that we do honor agreements with [redacted] when it applies. However [redacted] determined that this visit was not HIV related therefore the patient needed to follow Missoula Radiology policy. Missoula radiology then mailed the application that needs to be completed for consideration for payment plan options with the above explanation. We are working with the patient to determine a viable payment plan option.

this is unacceptable and we demand Missoula Radiology go through all of there recorded conversations we where told that THEY WOULD MATCH OUR DISCOUNTS IF WE WHERE ON THE [redacted] NOT ASK FOR THEM TO PAY FOR IT OUR DISCOUNT WITH THEM WAS 100% WE WHERE ALSO TOLD THEY WOULD MATCH [redacted] WHICH WAS 80% AT THE TIME OF CARE I DON'T LIKE THERE LIES WE ALSO SPOKE TO MISSOULA'S MANAGER AND SHE SAID QUOTE SHE WOULD ENGAGE THIS AND FIND OUT WHERE AND FROM WHOM THE BREAKDOWN CAME FROM THIS IS COMPLETELY DISHONEST AND UNACCEPTABLE FURTHER MORE WE HAVE ASKED THAT BOTH HOSPITALS IN MISSOULA INVESTIGATE THEM FOR WRONG DOING AND HAVE ASKED THAT THEY NOT BE INVOLVED IN OUR CARE EVER AGAIN WE HAVE ASKED FOR AND WILL BE FILING A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH THE MONTANA BOARD OF HEALTH FOR IMPROPER BILLING AND HEALTH CARE FURTHERMORE WE WOULD QUALIFY FOR A DISCOUNT BUT LIEING TO OR MISSLEADING PATIENTS IS NOT THE WAY TO CARE FOR PATIENTS

Unfortunately the [redacted] is unable to cover this patient visit. We do have other payment plan options available that we have shared with the patient and are happy to work with the individual to find an option that works.

Review: I went to Missoula Radiology on 10/29/2013. I did not receive a bill until sometime in late October of 2014. I called and asked for a itemized bill, which to date I have never received, and I asked for an explanation as to why they would wait for over a year to send me a co-pay bill.Desired Settlement: A copy of an itemized bill and an explanation as to why the long wait.

Review: When my wife, [redacted], was in the hospital, Missoula Radiology provided some services. They received payments for two billed items from both the insurance company and myself. I have written them twice and included a spreadsheet showing which items were overpaid. To date, they have refused to acknowledge my letters, let alone refund the money to me that has been overpaid to them.Desired Settlement: Missoula Radiology has been overpaid by both myself and the insurance company. The amount overpaid by the insurance company ($21.60)is between them. The amount I overpaid them is $32.40 and I wish that amount refunded to me.
