made another payment (for December).  Mr. [redacted] came to our office after his last day of Attendance (2/10/2016) asking why his payment was not posted for February.  I went through all paperwork, bank deposits, and interviewed my staff, no one has taken the payment.  I asked Mr. [redacted] to provide a receipt, but he said he was told we do not give out receipts, which is not our policy.  I triple checked all deposits to make sure I wasn't over the $52.00, which I wasn't.  All evidence supported Mr. [redacted] not making the payment.  As a good faith measure, Missouri College has credited.  Mr. [redacted]'s account has been credited in the amount of $52.00 in hopes of renewed customer satisfaction.

Missouri College is in receipt of your letter dated August 19, 2010, in which you notified the institution that a complaint had been filed with the Revdex.com by a previous Missouri College Student.

receipt of your notification letter, we began an immediate internal review of this complaint. We were unable to reach out and connect with this past student to fully explain her balance on her student account.
Ms. [redacted] stated in her complaint that she did not receive the scholarship funding that she said her statement showed available to her. However, it should be noted that the Students Account statement she provided in this complaint is not the most recent statement since her status with the college changed after the statement dated February 1, 2015 and she is no longer an active student. It should be further noted that, in general terms, all student account statements include a section titled "Pending Financial Aid". For all students that qualify for financial aid at the college, the funds shown in this section provide a student of view of future expected payments to their account which are contingent on the satisfactory completion of their program. If a student for whatever reason does not finish the program of study, they may not then qualify for a portion of the pending financial aid. This policy is outlined for students in the refund policy/withdrawal policy in the College Catalog.
The most recent statement shows Ms. H actually had an outstanding balance with the college upon her departure due to purchasing a metro bus pass. In an effort to show goodwill to Ms. [redacted], I have authorized an institutional grant of $75.00 to cover her balance created by the Metro Pass purchase. Therefore I have enclosed an updated statement showing her account with the College to be a zero balance.
Missouri College has sent Ms. [redacted] a copy of her updated and highlighted student ledger card. And we now consider this matter closed. Thank you.
