On 7/Paypal attempted a transaction to take $from the member's accountThis transaction was declined as there were no funds available in the accountAn NSF fee was chargedA deposit of $was made to the members account on
7/on 7/an ACH withdrawal of $initiated by Paypal occurredOn 9/Paypal attempted another ACH transaction for $and funds were not available, another NSF fee was chargedThe same transaction was attempted on 9/and again on 9/with the same results as there was no money available in the accountWe have verified that the MICR number being used by Paypal to initiate these transactions is for the members Savings account, not the checking accountThe member is being contacted to provide her the correct information to be used should she wish to continue having Paypal automatically draft funds from her checking accountOur records do not indicate any contact by the member to MCU to inquire as to what was causing this issueIt is a simple fix and could have easily been handled via a phone call

RE: *** *** ComplaintWe received your letter dated August 14, regarding concerns about Missouri Credit Union's releasing a lien on a vehicle. This complaint appears to have been filed prior to the final resolution on this matter. We released lien on August 15, as
