Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: After speaking with Missouri truss and suggesting that we could pick up whatever material he had, he no longer accepted calls from us to set up logistics which required us to follow through with a provider that could fulfill our order At this time we have the material needed and the job is progressing We now are only interested in a refund of our deposit Sincerely, [redacted]

We never give definite delivery dates unless payed for as an extra part of the serviceorders are processed in an in line basisWe never put a order in front of another older orderWe have posted on every wall in the office our policy pertaining how orders are processedAll orders especially house orders are custom jobs, once engineering and material is ordered no money paid will be refundedWhen I arrived at the shop on the day in question I turned the phone over to the answering machine so I could work in the shopI never rejected or answered calls all dayI show a cart full of cut material for his job, and material just delivered for his job, and told him he was next after the job in progress on the assembly table was finishedWe will not put an order in front of others no matter how much you stamp your feetHe still owes for engineering and labor for cuttingHe will be billed

two trusses special order bought, full payment was necessary to start job, met [redacted] the evening of 2/7/and received a check for 1,400.00, we were told the balance would be payed following weekordered 4-4x12xcedar lumber and engineering for truss designestimated time for trusses was two weeks if brackets that hold components together would come in ,usually it is two weeks shippingnever received other necessary paymentpointer landscaping called claiming dead lines, they know it was special order and expensive2-20- they said they had change plans and wanted money backI told them no someone has to pay for the expensive lumber we don't need, engineering cost if order not processed by us and brackets if I can not stop bracket orderthey have been working on these two trusses for months going back and forth between architect, hours of phone calls , bringing this project to us with vague designs and changeswho ever can come pickup lumber sitting here that was ordered in, with a check for the difference to what was payed and what is owed for engineering and lumber I have great number of emails concerning this job,

as stated in first responce, this was a special order, material was bought for that special order for timber frame trussesI don't know who the person is who's responding, *** *** was our contact$plus tax for the lumber $for engineering, plate order was cancelled$1,was payed bring check in for differencethey can have wood and engineering documents$will dono refunds on special orders, pay your bill

there is no change in our initial response, he received the money back, his order was started and engineered. no two week guarantee on delivery was ever made. we would have to have no orders in progress to do a house order in two weeks, we were book. engineering, ordering and shipping lumber and plates for each job takes on the average 4 working days. we don't expect others to work for free, don't expect us to.

I told them no someone has to pay for the 800.00 expensive lumber we don't need, 800.00 engineering cost if order not processed by us and brackets 300.00 if I can not stop bracket order. they have been working on these two trusses for months going back and forth between architect, hours of phone calls , bringing this project to us with vague designs and changes. who ever can come pickup lumber sitting here that was ordered in, with a check for the difference to what was payed and what is owed for engineering and lumber.  I have great number of emails concerning this job,

as stated in first responce, this was a special order, material was bought  for that special order for timber frame trusses. I don't know who the person is who's responding, [redacted] was our contact. $800.00 plus tax for the lumber $795.00 for engineering, plate order was cancelled. $1,400.00 was payed bring check in for difference. they can have wood and engineering documents. $200.00 will do. no refunds on special orders, pay your bill
