The complaint is not valid. The truck was not ticking. She and her boyfriend test drove it and said they wanted it. We had an inspection done on 6/5 and in Missouri inspections are good for 30 days. It was up on 7/5. The inspection was out...

of date so we had it reinspected on 7/30 and they picked up the vehicle on 8/1. Safety and emissions was good for 120 days. The vehicle does have the warranty and she was explained how it worked - she would have to handle any diagnostics done. We said we would take care of the Chrysler dealership where she lives to help her out, so she wouldn't have to come here. I have a $273 receipt showing it was not covered by her warranty, but we took care of it. This was minus $125. When we did the deal we told her that she was going to get a $125 discount because the guy with her was buying another car from us and if she did to follow through, she would owe that, which she was perfectly okay with. We took it to the dealership and when he decided he didn't want to do that, he left a boat here that he was going to use for a payment. We told him to come get it or else we would have to get it towed off our property. When they came and got the boat she didn't bring the check like she promised. She did not pay us the $125 she owed us. We took the amount that was supposed to be paid minus the $125 that she would have owed us. We took care of everything we were responsible for with the vehicle in compliance to the state of Missouri and being a good dealer. The third time I talked to her I asked if she was going to pay this, and she said absolutely not. The man in the background was using vulgarities, and I said I will end this conversation "right [redacted] now" if they don't stop using that kind of language. That was the cursing she was referring to.

This customer is not using her real name or any of her actual information. Her real name is [redacted] and her real address is [redacted] St. Louis, MO XXXXX and her real phone number is XXX-XXX-XXXX. We found out through the bank that...

she had committed fraud in the past, and this is fraud by deceit in this situation. When we asked her to return the vehicle, she said she would, but never did. We had to find her to repo the vehicle. She gave us a neighbor's address. There is a bailment agreement that clearly states if for whatever reason the bank declines the loan because of fraud, there is a restocking and recovery fee, which was $1,185. She put down $1,000, which we will keep as the majority of this fee. I waived the additional $185 because I knew I wouldn't get it from her, and it would cost more to get my attorney to take care of it. She signed a copy of this bailment agreement. We each have of a copy of it. The bank has the right to press charges on her for felony fraud by deceit. She does not have text messages from employees cursing her out - we do not do business via text. The only text was what I was instructed by the police to tell her she is not allowed on the premises.

The customer was informed she could get a full refund when she came in and presented her receipt that she was given at the time the...

deposit was made by my receptionist. At this time the customer starting cursing and using racial slurs. She was put on hold and I (being the GM & one of the owners) took over the call. I explained This is our policy for ANY cash refunds. The customer said " I lost it and I want my money back". I again explained with out her receipt my hands were tied. She the said" I WILL COME THERE AND BURN THAT [redacted] PLACE DOWN YOU WHITE, [redacted] PIECE OF [redacted]". That was enough for me I told her ALL calls are recorded and I am done being verbally attacked. I was calling St.Charles police to inform them of the treat and if she could produce her receipt I would be happy to refund her money,if not have a nice day and dont show up on my property or I will have you arrested for trespassing and hate crimes. She continued cursing I terminated the call and directed my staff if she called back to ignore the call. Her mother called the next day and said to me" YOU WILL GIVE HER A REFUND AND I DONT GIVE A [redacted] WHAT YOUR POLICY IS" I explained to her with out her receipt she would not be getting a refund , she started down the same verbal attack as her daughter, so the call was terminated. EVERYONE we do business with is explained that ALL deposits are FULLY refundable but Make sure to hold on to the receipt they are given. By the way the car was not sold it is still in my inventory and can be viewed on our web page for confirmation. The reason why she could not make the transaction is because she lied about her license and cannot produce a valid one for the bank to approve her financing. Thats the facts of the situation please contact me directly for any more needed information.

I have made contact with customer and we are scheduling a time for the vehicle to be serviced and this matter will be resolved. It...

was not the responsibility of the dealership to repair these items due to the fact they occurred After the customer did a thorough final check out of the vehicle before it left the lot and happened a week n half after him owning it. I have the signed document to prove vehicle was fully operational when he left with it that he sighed. Even though these facts dismiss us from any responsibility, I have contacted the customer and he is very satisfied with the arrangments made. Our agreement is that he will be responsibility for half the repair cost and the dealership will take care of the other half to help him and keep him as a satified customer. As far as his friend getting a referal fee, the salesman that no longer works for the dealership was paid a commission and was supposed to pay his friend which was a side deal made outside the dealership and has nothing to do with our business. Mr. [redacted] has been explained this and understands fully and is satisfied with that explanation. This should conclude this complaint and Mr. [redacted] has agreed to withdraw the complaint as to not damage our score. If you need to contact me any further please do so @ XXX-XXX-XXXX Thank you
