In response to the customer's complaint.  We are no longer receiving notices from the state of Notary Public applicants that have recently been appointed.  The customer spoke with our customer service representative on March 23rd regarding this matter and the customer was asked to send us...

a copy of her appointment letter via email to [email protected] or fax at [redacted].  The appointment letter was received and her Notary Public Bond was mailed to her on April 12th and Notary Public Stamp shipped from our stamp manufacturer on April 15th.  If the customer has not received her bond or he stamp we will be glad to send another bond and stamp to her.If you should have further questions, I can be reached at [redacted].Best Regards,[redacted]Customer Service Representative
