Review: Contractor installed new metal roof on April 17th, 2013. Roof started to leak shortly after installation. After trying to contact contractor several times he returned to repair roof but failed to do so. After many more calls he returned to place a metal dam in front of chimney. Roof continued to leak. Further attempts to contact him were unsuccessful until I spoke with him by phone on April 28th,2014. I advised him to fix this soon or I would take further action. He said he would call me in a few days to schedule an appointment. He did not call back again. I attempted to call him on May 12th, 2014 and found out his phone had been disconnected and his bank account closed.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the roof repaired or replaced as contractor was paid in full and has had more than enought time to fix this.
