To Whom It May Concern, IN regards to Mr***, the driveway was sealed in August not in May. We did return to touch up some very small cracks in September 2015. We take great pride in our quality and service which is why he chose us to do the work. Unfortunately, Mr
*** thinks that after sealing and crackfilling, that this will eliminate any visual appearance of any cracks. This is just not true. He is an older man and after several conversations and two more visits we have concluded that the driveway is in good condition for its age, and having cracks on pavement surfaces is very due to winter freezes and hot summers. We do not guarantee any work past a winter season, usually 30-days. He continues to complain and expect us to his driveway at no charge. This is not how we do business. I will consider this matter closed, and perhaps Mr*** should explore getting a concrete or new asphalt driveway if he doesn't want to see any cracks or aging issues that is on pavement surfaces.
