replacing cables. He said ok, I have a question. I said, what's your question? He explained he sent a $45.00 money order & then received an Invoice for $24.76. I explained that he over paid $10.01 on his May Invoice & had another .22 cent credit from other payments. He said I asked [redacted] if I could try the higher package and I'll call back & let her know if I want to keep it, which he later declined. I told him I only charged him for his normal package. He could not understand why his Bill was $24.76 and not $34.99. He said I'll see what the Revdex.com has to say & hung-up.
This customer has the $34.99 package. If he is 30 days past due (all customers, it is in our contract) he receives a $15.00 late fee. He did not understand it was not a late fee, it was a credit.
