I purchased turbines from mws in and they perfom well in clean moderate winds, comparable to my other turbines from different manufacturers with similar specifications, however I do recomend thoroughly doing you research before buying any turbine,, to see if it is a wise investment for your wind zone and the, turbines capabilities in different wind strengths , the wind speeds you regularly get and any legal limitations with installing a turbine in your area, solar is best wind turbines are complimentary
I bought a brand new FreedomII 12-24volt PMG that was supposed to be cogged proof. Not only was it cogging but the housing where not machine right ,and the magnets were off center. I phone them, and they said I could return it and that they would pay the shipping because it was their defective item I told them I did not want it. They sent me another that I did not want and it turn out it was the same one and it still had the same problem. (I had mark the first one and had taken pictures for ref.) When I phone them back, he said he had sent me a new one . So I reminded him of our previous call that I did not want another one, and that he did not send me a new one because I recognized the markings from my first one that I made. So because of a defective item on their part I ended up returning the item twice for a cost of their first shipping, my returns twice, at a cost to me of $200.00 for a defective part that I don't even have. The fact that the item was defective should not all the expenses be theirs? What is wrong with taking responsibility for what you sell?

I expect to be thoughtful and careful when receiving my order later this month. internet video instructions from [redacted] have been very helpful when choosing the product. He is a guy just like me and talks real world language that is easily understood. He and his staff are not expected to be my mother.
