I booked with Missy Glow (Miriam) to get a new set of volume eyelash extensions, I e-transferred her a deposit of 125$ which was half price of the lashes, she then refused my service as I was sick with a cold and she did not want to get sick.I booked this over a month in advanced and she told me I could rebook for another 30$. I told her I wanted my deposit back ( I never signed anything ) and she then said if I were to cancel she will give MY money/deposit to one of her clients who then wont have to pay full price. She can not use my money on someone else!

*** had contacted me weeks prior to book her lash appt. she was fully aware that my policy for new sets is a deposit of minimum 50% of the full price and that the appointment is nonrefundable and non-transferable due to the fact that we book out three hours before the appointment. She agreed to terms and booked the app - transferred the money and a confirmation email was sent out with my policy via ***. (See proof in photos)
*** then asked if she cancelled her appointment would she get her money back as per my text message the answer is no due to the fact that again I have a policy that says it’s nonrefundable and non-transferable . She advised that she was sick and she knows that if anyone were to come in for an appointment and is deemed to be sick or ill that we can refuse service to protect ourselves as an artist who works close to the face. She then said she couldn’t afford the appointment anyways. Offered her one time courtesy to reschedule with us rescheduling fee of $30 and she declined that as per text message I also verbally confirm this information via phone and she had someone else answer her phone so I pass on that information and she agreed via text that she understood.
*** Was fully aware of my policy and it is stated in writing via email the moment but they book she gets confirmation and she was fully aware when she sent the money . She chose to cancel the appointment with me even after multiple attempts to work a different date and willing to work with her to change the scheduled Appointment. She declined and said cancel the app she understands my policy.
I have full proof of text messages that go back quite some dates so if you would like those please let me know

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. She never told me before that someone else would receive my money, I do not understand how I have to pay extra 30$ to change my appointment but someone else can use my deposit and not have to pay the 30$. *** She refuses my service do to having a cold , I never had anything more than a cold. ***
