When traveling I have used this location many times to print documents and presentations and have spent several hundred dollars at this location This last visit I needed to send a ups package to CA When UPS said they couldn't deliver the package, they ended up sending the package back to Las Vegas location weeks later
When I called the manager of this location to address the problem, he said he would look into it and call me later that day Several days went by and I did not hear from him so I called again
The manager did not take the call and passed it off on a subordinate to tell me that they were not liable I asked if he could find out the problem and what can be done to get this package delivered, the response was that he would get back to me in a few days
I thought this was a little unacceptable as it has already taken weeks to find they cant deliver the item and it got shipped back to Vegas and waiting several days for the manager to find out he wasn't going to call me back and did not look into the problem at all The only thing the clerk said he would do is resend the package for another fee
In business years myself, I understand things can go wrong Whats resonates with customers is how you are treated and how the business attempts to correct the problem
I looked up this location on Revdex.com and see that they already had an F rating I find this to be no surprise based on how they responded to my issue
In this case store #fails on both aspects of customer service I will not be using this location for any services any longer
