Blew out rear window from car wash and then denied it
I drove in one side of the car wash and then drove out the other side my window blew out and glass was everywhere. I talked to the manager and despite seeming pretty cut and dry he denied any claim. Additionally and more interesting is that I asked to see a video and all he could provide was one outside of the building when the window finally shattered. When I asked to see the videos from inside to see if the glass was struck by anything he said there was no videos from inside? I then proceeded to ask for any video copies he had of my vehicle going through the building and he got very defensive all of a sudden and told me he would not be giving me anything without a subpoena. Clearly a very expensive trip and a very sketchy encounter with their General Manager at Mister Car Wash.

Damage to car
Three cars collided inside the car wash. I was in the middle. Richard Sanderson, manager, says damages will be taken care of. This all happened two weeks ago. No one has contacted me nor do they answer the phone or return multiple phone messages left on their voicemail. $4700 damages to my car. Have gone inside facility to speak to Richard about issue only to leave with no answers or help in resolving issue.

Erroneous charges!!
Part of this is my fault for not more closely checking mu credit card but I haven't used this service in a year!

Done with Mister Car Wash
Last year I was a member. They were so slow I cancelled. I had some health problems and didn't catch over $800 they charged after I cancelled. They refunded a couple of hundred.

Foolishly I went back a few months ago. No adult supervision seen rather just a lot of young folks having a good time and, sometimes, and very slowly, getting my car cleaned. They were so slow today, I just took my car and left.

Cancelled again.

I'll be watching my credit card like a hawk.

I guess I was a slow learner.

Cancelation POLICY
Canceled my automatic bill monthly $32 a month for car wash. Haven't used since December. My car is not running..Forgot had a lot going on that month. With COVID and Christmas. So called today to cancel. I have charged 2 months since I haven't been there. Thought they would at least give me back one month. Said there policy is not too refund. I will think about putting another car on it.

Fraudulently charge my credit card each month when I never signed up for their service!
They have charged my credit card every month since last May, 2021 $21.39 for their service when I never signed up for it, do not have a sticker on my car, never go there and I just figured out who was recurrently charging my card in November. They have charged me close to $200.00! When we went in to try and get them to refund our money in NOVEMBER we have gotten nothing but the run around and excuses and they still are charging my card EACH MONTH! They keep passing the buck and pawning us off to new corporate members who do nothing and don't refund our card and stop charging us, they do not return calls and do nothing when you show up in person besides pass the buck. Justin Rowley the assistant manager of their Titusville location has made excuse after excuse since November and still I have no refund. Terrible Company thief's, liars and con artists out to steal your money with no remorse for their theft and no way to get them to stop. DO NOT GIVE THEM A CC NUMBER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!

Never again
I went to the Mister car wash on East Market Street in York, Pa about 3:30 on Friday, November 5th. I very rarely go there because of previous bad experiences I’ve had there, but they recently demolished the car wash that I’ve been going to, so I had no choice. I normally just get an exterior wash, but the inside of my windshield was dirty, and I hate cleaning it, so I ordered the “basic” inside and out. The girl said “ that’s $29.80.” I about died, but I was already in line and couldn’t turn around. I got $40 out to pay when she told me credit cards only. Who the hell doesn’t take cash? So now I get out of my truck and go inside. I was second in line in the“ interior and exterior “line when I went inside. I watched 24 different cars go through the wash that came after my truck, and I hadn’t moved. I approached a man who appeared to be the manager and I told him that all those cars were behind mine but went through first. He said, well they’re in the exterior only line. I said I don’t care what line they’re in. I’ve been waiting 20 minutes and my truck hasn’t moved. He copped an attitude and said to me, “we’re short of help for interiors, so you can either wait here or out front. Either way, you’ll just have to wait.” When I finally was told my truck was ready, I was appalled. The windshield that I especially wanted clean was smeared, the mirrors were streaked, the rear window was not touched, the dashboard was dusty, and the door jams were filthy. I will never visit a mister car wash again, and you can bet you're a[censored] I’m going to share this hateful experience with everyone I come in contact with.

DAMAGE TO CAR!!
I enrolled for a monthly membership at the Griffin Ga. Mister Car was and took my Mercedes Benz S55 amg thru the wash and it ripped my shark fin antenna off the back glass. As I pulled out I saw that it was broken off my car and my radio had just static sound. So I called the membership number to be sure that that cancel the membership so no further payment comes out. The customer agent ask me why I was cancelling and I explained to her about the damage that was done to my car and she advised me to file a damage claim to them. She gave me the number to the GM at this mister car wash that I went thru but I call a number of times but never got a answer so I went there to explain what the agent told me. I put my car in the shop for routine repairs and I ask the shop to repair antenna also. The GM at this mister car wash told me yo bring the car and the repair bill to them so they can open a claim. I took the car there and the bill to let them copy it and do photos of car. When the GM look at the bill he saw (antenna repair) $85.00 then he said ohh we can take care of that. I told him that is only the labor for the antenna repair, the parts is $610.00 Then that when he started the B.S. He said he had to get with his boss about it and he will call me on Monday by 5pm. I never got that call. I tried calling them three times a day for one week but I got no answer so I go there again. He then told me he will call me by 5pm that day. He did call me on that day and told me there’s nothing they can do. I would have been happy if he had offered to pay half of the bill. He only offered to give me a 3 month free wash only if I pay $29.00 for first month. Why would I go thru there again if I got damage to my car. I will never go there again and I advised my family and friends of my situation and for them to never use any mister car wash. I give them 1 out of 5 stars.

I object
I do not like being forced to use a credit card to have my car washed. I prefer using cash. And you didn’t even get my car clean. The back window was still dirty. Also, you run the cars so close together that it feels like an accident waiting to happen. I wii NOT be back. I know you could care less but at least I aired my feelings

Wont answer the phone
I have been trying to reach the 2831 Gallatin Pike, Nashville location for 4 days now. No one answers the phone and the VM is full. I need to speak to the GM of that location. When I called another location, they immediately picked up and told me to call again, as someone should be answering the phone and if they dont answer, leave a review.

Being robbed !!!

They sell a monthly service for a fee that is automatically charged in your credit card . Due to the pandemic, first they closes stores , no refunds to credit card . Then returned services with no dryers , no refunds ! Now ,full service does not cover mats cleaning or washing , you have to pay for it . What about the contract signed that offer all these things ? no explanations , no notices , just charging . What a good deal for them : receiving automatically and not giving back the service promised.

Going to Best Business Bureau MN to see our rights and ask not only refund but a compensation for paying all these years and not receiving services back .

I will be the first , hope more follow me !

Noisy Neighbor
This business placed one of their car washes right next to a residential neighborhood. The car wash operates 12 hours a day, 7 days a week and emits a loud high pitched sound that the neighbors are subjected to non-stop. Never mind how well they wash your car. Please do not support a business that has no problem violating noise ordinances in the cities they operate in and no regard for small property owners.

Getting robbed
I visited the Mister Car Wash on Gandy Bvld in Tampa today the 12th of October 2020 and had my Samsung Galaxy S10+ stolen out of my vehicle when it was being cleaned. I didn't think to remove it since I trusted that their employees would not resort to stealing from customers in plain sight. I approached a number of attendants but received no assistance. I regret not calling the police and filing a report. I sent an email to management via their website but have not received any response. I highly warn anyone to avoid this business due to their illegal and shameful practice. Do yourself a favor and save yourself a great deal of heartache and find a better car wash service provider.

Damage to Car
Took my 2017 acura mdx thru this Mister car wash on Ponce in Atlanta and it ripped my entire rear windshield wiper, pivot arm and housing off the car. Took it back and found the wiper, mount and pivot arm in the wash bay. The "manager" then said they would order a part of amazon and have a carwash guy install it. I objected and said that I wanted an oem part and for the wiper motor to be checked too to make sure no other damage was done. The manager refused to agree to an oem part, and said "Ive done like 10 of these myself". I said, for the record, that I wanted it looked at by acura in case, and that In wanted to confirm an oem part as the car is still warrantied. So they dont want to replace with an oem part, or to pay for acura to replace. Instead they wanna get a cheap part on amazon and have a car wash guy install it. Very frustrating. I repeatedly stated that I just wanted the car back to the condition before I took it through their demolition wash. No luck and no appetite at all to make things right. Just an indifferent "Let me look up a part at amazon and stick it pn myself". Thats their solution wow.

This morning at 0840 hours, 10/11/19, I stopped at the Mister Car Wash on Revere Blvd. in Sinking Spring, Pa...
Only for a quick external wash for $9.00; after paying my fee I moved to the car washing area and there was one attendant...… Not necessarily that different especially for that time of day... But that one attendant took the his hand sprayer and went all the way around my car, front, sides and back! That was a FIRST! I've been going there for years and even when there were two or more attendants they couldn't do much more than a quick spray over the front bumper and/or windshield that was practically meaningless! I was so impressed and thankful I had to make note of it and say thank you! Mister is a great car wash for the money and with that kind of service it is the best car wash!
