I am rejecting this response because:First, these statements made by MrClean in response to our complaint are absolutely false! It is clear that this business owner is neither professional or reasonableWe will not be pursuing further resolution as the sum of $is not worth it and it appears MrClean is without conscience We believe Mr*** response will speak of his company's integrityPlease find attached Cease and Desist Letter.

cleaned (Just as I had also explained at the estimate for her) that we had done
everything that she had asked us to do plus many more things, but that i...

would,
in fact, come back the next day and check out what was supposedly missed and we
would rectify the problems. She said that wasn't going to work because she had
company coming in and didn't it want us there white they were there
and so she requested that we do it on Monday instead. I said that  we could, ( even though with 3 days of
company, obviously, the house was going to be a total mess again) and she said
that would be great. Then, a couple of hours later, she texted me back and told
me to forget about coming back, she Just wanted a total refund.Again, i
explained to her that the job was done thoroughly as she had asked and that we
had spent 7 hours cleaning for her. So now she's telling you folks that nothing
was done at the house?I must admit that
in the 17 + years that we've been in business, that, about every 3-4 years
we'll 6 get a complaint from a very [redacted] person' that does a white glove test
when they get home. Everybody knows a cleaning job will never be perfect, like
I did tell her, again, even at the estimate, but, every now and then someone
Stilt expects it and if it's not, they want atl their money back. What I wasn't wanting to do,
or tell anybody, but, now have been forced into doing, is the fact that the
house was an unbelievable nightmare and •extremely hard to clean, but, we did
it anyways. We should have been paid double for everything that was hiding
behind the scenes!There was animal
feces covering the entire house that we had to deal with along with the fact
that the house itself was completely falling apart (especially for being a
brand new home) ; whenever we touched anything: grabbing door handles that
would then fall off, sweeping baseboards that were hanging on by a thread;
light fixtures that were barely hanging on; turning on the water and the
handles falling off, pulling up window blinds that proceeded to fall down;
having to gently touch windows that were cracked; toilets leaking etc..I'm assuming that
since they are a home builder ( [redacted]) that they
probably built their own home and that the quality of their home building is
beyond pathetic.Again, we did the very best
we could with what we had to deal with.I would be
satisfied If [redacted] would send us a check for an additional $125 for all the
extra effort we had to put into getting their house back in shape for them. We
had to spend twice the amount of time in their home as we should of had to
under normal circumstances.
