Mister G Cleaning Centers

Review: On 8/28/2013, I took a pair of white linen pants to Mister G's to have alterations made. The alterations consisted of taking the waist in, hemming the pants and adding a cuff to the hem. On 8/31/2013 I picked up the pants and paid $31.85 for the the alterations. On the evening of 9/1/2013 I put on the pants and discovered the hem was too short. I am 6'0" and the inseam of the pants should have been 31 or 32 inches however the inseam measured 29 inches. That is way too short for someone of my height. Since Mister G's did not cut the fabric I was able to let out the hem. Due to my travel schedule I was not able to return to Mister G's to discuss the error until 9/11/2013. I entered the facility and was told that my linen pants were not the pants that I had alterations completed on and was essentially told nothing could be done. I advised Mister G's that those were indeed the pants and the only white linen pants I owned which needed to be altered. Mister G's refused to try to remedy the problem.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of the $31.85 I paid for the flawed alterations.
