Tucson AZ, Kolb and Golf Links location I have been coming to this car wash for about years, about a year ago I got a new car and a few weeks after I got it I had it washed hereA few days later I noticed one of the rims was damagedI couldn't be sure that it was the car wash that did the damage or if it was there when I bought it and I didn't notice itNow before I get my car washed there I check all of my rims prior to the wash for damageToday Mar 2016, I took my car there and one of your drivers hit the entry to the car wash pretty hard, hard enough to jerk the car to the rightAfter I was told my car was ready I immediately went to the left front tire and looked for damageThere were several markings on the rim and un-repairable damageI talked to the manager on duty and he tried to give me some story about how what the driver hit was plastic and it would cause no damageI immediately went back inside and cancelled my $unlimited car wash and will never go to this or any other Mister HotShines again

I went to the location at Tanque Verde Rd in Tucson Az on Christmas EveThe rep took my car did not inform me that my aerial would not go down I had recently purchased the car and was not aware that it was motorizedI was not informed that it would not go down and given the opportunity to not have car go through the wash or alternative to have possible damage to the car I spoke with the manager on duty , and he took pictures and made a reportHe suggested that the claim would probably not be approved and that they would most likely offer me a free detail job, he did offer that at the timeI now believe this to be an effort to not place the claimHe had the sales person come over and Mr [redacted] the tech said he had not informed me nor did he notice the aerial was not down When dealing with [redacted] in the incident hotline I was informed I was told this, there is signage, and the manager she spoke to Joe was not the person I spoke toI told her all the information she was giving me was incorrect , her reply is there is signage and that it was damage to the motor and aerial therefore they were not liable I have asked for a copy of the report and have not received itThey totally cover themselves by changing the factsI told her that Mr [redacted] admitted to the facts as I stated and her reply was that [redacted] said different facts

A great deal of damage was done to my carThe felt was ripped from one side to the other of the car on the inside where it meets the front windshieldIt was right before the holidays, before ChristmasIt cost me two hundred dollars to repair with no recourse or apology from Mister Car Wash as of yet, even though I made a formal complaintI spent nearly dollars for that car wash, and this was the result!

I've visited almost all of the Mister Car Wash locations in Albuquerque, NM and I can sayyou should believe the bad reviews of this company as a wholeI took my car to the Coors Blvd location today- guy asked if everything looked ok after the wash- took a quick glimpse & said it was fineGet in my car to find the dash is completely dusty, they didn't wipe the console of even the sides of the doorsNot to mention, my Dolce & Gabbana sunglasses were missing (which I didn't realize until after work)Will be giving them a call tomorrowThis isn't the first time a pair of named brand sunglasses were swiped from my car at Mister Car WashThe location on Paseo del Norte- my Ray Bans were on the console in plain viewGot into my car- nothingEmployees were running around until one "found" it beat up and scratched in the wash areaThey offered a free wash but declined and called a manager- surprise: always "busy." NEVER GOING BACK and telling my family/friends to cancel their monthly subscriptionsLong review- but necessary

I took my SUV in to Mister Car Wash at 6345 E Tanque Verde Rd, Tucson, AZ 85715 for a detail. I paid over $60 for this work. I lost site of my car until I was directed to a service bay at the front of the building. Upon inspection of my care 1.5 hours later, with the manager present, the mirror on the drivers side of my car fell off. The manager immediately claimed the car had arrived damaged. I told him there was no way that had happened and that they had damaged my vehicle. The manager said the mirror was a $35 fix. I said the mirror was molded to my car and that he had a claim on his hands. They took photos of my car and I told them there was no way I could drive my car away with the mirror hanging off so they brought out some tape and taped the mirror in place. My insurance company inspected the car and felt the fix was possible for $150. They went after Mister Hotshine to cover the damages and they are now claiming that I came to the carwash with the tape already on the mirror and are refusing to pay for the damages. These people are crooks. I would advise anyone who values their vehicle not to ever do business with them. They misrepresent themselves as supporting this community and valuing their customers. They don't. They should be ashamed of themselves. I will never do business with them again and will tell everyone I meet to never do business with them.
