The companies regional manager called me a week ago. He seemed to be understanding of our situation, he apologized, and he offered us a compensation of fifty dollars & a few free car washes. He understood that we had been customers for several years and they did not want to lose our business. The problem although is that we never received the check or passes for a few free car washes. Perhaps it takes longer than a week? I don't know. We were hoping to buy our daughter another suitcase for Christmas like the one that was taken with the check that was promised to us. We hope that it shows up soon for this reason. Thank you.
