Review: On 2/**/13 when into contract for a hvac job with mister hvac corp for labor only I will supply all materials upon approved plan drawing from DOB,I explained to [redacted] I need all receipts to turn in to my insurance company [redacted] owner made a list and order all the units and supply I will need,I gave him a downpayment check on 3/**/13 for $4000, on 3/**/13 I gave him two checks $6954 for supplies and $8474.59 for the units, I got the plans approved on 7/*/13 after numerous meeting,texting, phone calls for my receipt an or invoice always excuses, I when and brought the materials got the job started then he wanted more money after 3days of work, he refuses to continue the job, I went online interview a few companies who all informed me the whatever was done was incorrect, I call [redacted] to meet with the Hvac company to show all the hazardous and deadly work his workers had done he promise to work out a payment plan but later refuse. I'm requesting my money back he never produce any materials and the units has no invoice.Desired Settlement: Full refund for all wasted material and he can take back the units I don't know if it is stolen ,used I had to buy new units in order to finish the job.
