Thank you, for your letter dated July 5th, 2016. L.B. Gray LLC received a phone call from the consumer mentioned in the complaint on July 5th, 2016, in which the consumer acknowledged, it is the judgement (Public Record) that appears on her credit report not an account reported by L.B. Gray LLC....
L.B. Gray LLC is not the data provider for the judgment that may appear on the consumer's credit report. It is our understanding this is an issue the consumer may want to address with whichever credit bureau(s) have picked the judgment as public record and recorded it as such on her credit file. L.B. Gray LLC did take the time to contact all three major credit bureaus (Equifax, Trans Union, and Experian) today to confirm L.B. Gray LLC does not have an account being reported on the consumer's credit file. L.B. Gray LLC has also confirmed via the courts website a satisfaction of judgment has been filed with the court (See Attached). L.B. Gray LLC is willing to present any suggestion of resolution the Revdex.com may have to the original creditor. This communication is from a debt collector.Sincerely,Bob G[redacted], Managing Member
