I've taken the same item in more than once to get a loan, and have known what to expect when it comes to getting a loan amountToday is the first day I've taken it in near the first of the monthI generally will get 65$ for this itemToday, I was offered $by a manager, telling me that this item is not worth as much as I think it isHe argued with me about how long it would stay on the shelf, and how difficult of a sale it would be I've NEVER experienced this type of behavior from any one of the stores I've visited, but I will most definitely be passing along to the people in my life and social networking that mister money changes prices they will loan based on when it is in the month, meaning when people actually need money, they will actively seek to give far less than actual value because of hardshipsSo long, mister moneyI will no longer visit any of your locations

The issue that needs to be addressed is I received false info from your employee [redacted]. This is an situation where I've lost something for forever due to the info I was given. Why have someone new be unsupervised & not know how to read the computer screen? It's not like she made the mistake once but she called me twice the same day due to me having 2 loans & said the same thing. Why would you lie & say I came into your store [redacted] & I did'nt step foot inside your location, I went into the location in the Bashford Manor area.  The lady in the Bashford Manor location not only showed me the screen but also stated they have someone working that does not know how to read the screen down there as she explained what I was looking at. I was able to read the screen & understand what I was looking at without any training. Resolving the issue would be taking my payment, not trying to beat me & get more moeny out of the situation. How can a company make phone calls to customers & not honor their word, this is why the entire situation seems like a complete set up. I was told by [redacted] that he was giong to call his boss & see what he could do & call me back even verified my phone#, & like I said in the 1st statment I'm still waiting on that call. Well this is LIE #3, I guess businesses do not have to stand by their  word & can take advantage of whom ever they want.

As stated by [redacted] in her complaint, she knew her loan came to an end on 12/08/14. She came into our store on 12/09/14 and was offered the same options we offer all our good customers..She could pay the interest due to put items back in pawn and continue the monthly payment..or buy them back for just what she borrowed plus interest..she was also offered an interest free layaway with 10% down up to six months to pay out.Sadly none of these options were satisfactory......[redacted] Mgr.Mister Money [redacted] Bardstown Rd Lou,Ky 40219

[redacted] was not the customer. He came in with his girlfriend, became verbally abusive and made threats of physical violence. I refuse to do business once the safety of myself or my employees has been threatened, so I asked them to leave and told them I would call the police if this was...
