Tell us why here...After receiving the letter from the [redacted] in the mail on March 30, as it requested for a response within 10 days I responded by letter mailed on April 6th. I have attached a copy of both the original agreement signed by both parties and a copy of my response letter. The...

letter mailed to the [redacted] contained check number [redacted] for the amount of $275 addressed to [redacted] as of today the 12th of April the check has cleared our business account and we are considering this a resolution to the complaint. As we don’t like dissatisfied customers we are sad to see it end this way but know we have done what we could to resolve the matter.
