Review: Took in 2003 Chevy Trailblazer to Mister Smith's garage because of engine check light coming on. Was told needed a map sensor and was put on by consumer. Mechanic stated needs throttle body; mechanic replaced throttle body and check engine light came back on. Then needed lower ball joint; charging $100.00. At Advanced Auto cost is only $40.00. Then mechanic installed tie rod end charging $150.00 and Advanced Auto is charging 30.00. Engine light still came on. Consumer did purchase new gas cap and will replace.Customer requesting refund of $450.00 of the *30.00 charged to make unnecessary repairs.Desired Settlement: Customer would like refund of $450.00 of unnecessary repair charged to him.At this point in time engine light is still coming with no resolution.
