Great service. Prompt. Reasonably Priced. Very professional and customer-centered in every way.

Eddie and his Sparky Electric Truck came to the rescue. He did an excellent job on repair and education. He informed me as to what was wrong, how he planned to fix the problem, and then did the job. He even repaired work that was done the week before by another electrical company incorrectly. I would highly recommend his workmanship.

Printes installed three ceiling fans and a chandelier in my home. He did a terrific job from start to finish. The entire project was completed to my satisfaction and I especially appreciated that he was on time, communicated effectively, and worked diligently and professionally. Mister Sparky sent out an electrician the day after I called about a burning smell coming from the dishwasher's junction box. Eddie W. listened to my concerns, and indeed found the manufacturer's junction box was not hardwired and had melted. He had the correct parts on the truck, replaced the box. While we tested the dishwasher, Eddie took a look at two breaker boxes, helped test a couple of mystery switches and rewired an exterior light.

I signed up for the yearly "club membership" since I know I'll be calling on them again for future work. Great service! Everything was explained and it's nice to know I have an electrician I can trust.

Eddie went above and beyond to complete the job. He came back on Saturday when he was off to correct a minor problem. He cleaned up after the initial job was completed. We had questions about the installation and he returned our calls immediately.

I had great service from Mr. Sparky and it's service pro [redacted]. He was very professional, knowledgable and worked diligently to find and fix the problems. He arrived well within the appointment window. The charges were documented and as published. I would definitely call them again if another problem arises.

This is the first time I've used Mister Sparky. It was an excellent experience from start to end. The receptionists, Karen and Marissa, were very positive. Eddie was on time and had my new light fixture up and running almost in a New York Minute. He took time to educate me on the use of my motion detector light because of an unusual switch to my lighting ystem. Eddie was friendly, courteous, and professional. I will highly, highly recommend Mister Sparky to my friends and neighbors.
